Sectors
From the floor, not the category page.
Each sector has a constraint the last vendor missed. We start there, not with a template deck.

Sectors
01Mission
Government & Defense
Federal, state, and DoD missions. We work to NIST AI RMF, FedRAMP/FISMA posture, Section 508, and current OMB AI policy — because the founder has served the mission, not studied it.
02Clinical operations
Healthcare
Prior authorization, coding, and clinical operations. The scarce resource is not a model. It is a posture that counsel will sign and a named owner on the floor.
03Regulated desks
Financial services
KYC, SAR, policy review, exam prep. Analysts who spend the week reading instead of deciding. The last vendor pilot is usually still sitting unused.
04The floor
Manufacturing
PLC and CMMS data, OT/IT boundaries, predictive maintenance. Plant managers do not trust a model they cannot interrogate. IT will not open the OT network. Both are rational.
05Privilege
Legal & professional
Document review, research, and knowledge that has to survive privilege, clients, and the partnership vote. Speed is easy. Confidentiality is the work.
06The floor
Hospitality & operations
Demand, staffing, and guest operations. Dashboards nobody opens. Tools bought at corporate that the property will not touch.
Next step
Your constraint is probably not the model.
A 30-minute call will tell us which dimension is actually the bottleneck.
