AI Readiness Audit
Know exactly where you stand.
A 6-dimension audit of AI maturity: scored roadmap, gap analysis, and a 12-month plan delivered in 30 days. Fixed fee. Yours to keep.

Every condition that decides whether AI survives the organization.
01
Strategy & Vision
Is there a board-aligned AI strategy with owners, dates, and numbers — or a slide with aspirations?
02
Data Infrastructure
Can the data you already have actually support production AI, or only a demo?
03
Talent & Capabilities
Does the organization have the literacy, time, and permission to use AI — not just buy it?
04
Technology Stack
Will current systems, identity, and integrations carry an AI workload in production?
05
Governance & Ethics
Who is accountable when a model is wrong, biased, or leaks — and is that written down?
06
Change Readiness
Have past technology programs actually changed how people work, or just how decks look?
How the audit runs.
Discovery & intake
Structured intake and stakeholder interviews across leadership, operations, IT, and the floor.
Assessment & analysis
Deep evaluation across six dimensions: documents, architecture, scoring, and the inconvenient facts.
Report & roadmap
Findings report, dimension scores, risk flags, and a 12-month plan in business language.
Executive presentation
Presented to leadership. Questions answered. A board-ready summary left behind.
What the report contains.
Growth audits run 20–40 pages. Enterprise, 40–80. This is the spine, not a teaser. The report is yours even if you never hire us again.

Executive brief
Score, constraint, three moves, the number a CFO can defend.

Who we interviewed, what we read, how AIDA was applied.

Owners, dates, budget line, or the absence of all three.
Chapter 04
Data infrastructure
Whether production AI can live on what you already have.

Literacy, time, permission — not headcount of data scientists.

Identity, integration, and what will not carry a workload.
Chapter 07
Governance & ethics
Who is accountable when a model is wrong, biased, or leaks.

What you receive.
A findings report, not a deck
Dimension-level evidence, risk flags, and a complete score breakdown: 20–40 pages at Growth, 40–80 at Enterprise. Not a 12-slide summary with stock photos.
12-month implementation roadmap
Phased, owned, costed. What ships first, second, and third, with success criteria.
Executive dashboard
A board-ready deck: score, opportunities, critical risks, recommended next step.
Quick-win identification
Three to five high-impact, low-effort moves the team can start before the full roadmap kicks.
Risk & compliance review
Privacy exposure, regulatory gaps, governance recommendations. NIST AI RMF alignment for government clients.

Questions
Before the audit.
How long does the audit take?
Most complete in 2–4 weeks from kickoff to final report. Growth audits typically run 2 weeks; enterprise audits with multiple stakeholder interviews run 3–4 weeks. The timeline is set at kickoff.
What does the process look like on our side?
We keep the burden light. Expect 3–5 hours of stakeholder time across interviews and document sharing. You receive a structured intake, sit a few 30-minute sessions, and review the final report. We do the analysis and writing.
Is the report confidential?
Yes. Every engagement is under NDA. Findings, data, and organizational detail are never used in case studies or references without written permission. We treat materials to Big 4 confidentiality standards.
What happens after the audit?
You leave with a playbook. Many clients move into Fractional CAIO, Advisory, or Enterprise integration to execute it. Others use the report internally to fund the work. Either way, the roadmap is yours.
