Privacy Policy

This is a brochure site. There are no accounts and no database. One analytics service and one form relay are the only third parties in the path. What follows is a specific description of the few places information can actually go, written to be checked, not skimmed.

What you send us on purpose

Two forms on this site transmit anything: the discovery-call form and the field-notes signup. The discovery-call form sends your name, work email, and organization, plus whatever you choose to add: phone, role, organization size, area of interest, and your message. The field-notes form sends an email address. Both arrive in Cory Maffeo’s inbox. We use them to reply to you and, if an engagement follows, to run it. We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to a marketing list.

Third parties in the path

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays those two forms to our inbox, so everything you type in them passes through FormSubmit’s service.

Typefaces are served from this domain. No font, script, style, or image on this site is requested from a third-party host.

Our web host writes ordinary server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referring URL) and keeps them for operations and security on the host’s retention schedule.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) counts visits, pages viewed, time on page, the source that brought you here, and which of the site’s tools were used (for example, that an assessment was completed and which band it landed in, or that the contact form was sent). It receives no name, email, message text, or assessment answers. Until you press Allow in the banner, it runs in cookieless mode: aggregate counts only, no cookies, no persistent identifier. If you press Allow, Google sets its usual analytics cookies (_ga and related) for up to two years; pressing No cookies keeps it cookieless. IP addresses are truncated. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets cookies only after you press Allow in the banner, as described above.

It does write three keys to your browser’s local storage: “ai-inquiries”, a copy of the last twenty inquiries submitted from this browser; “ai-notes”, field-notes signups from this browser; and “ai-consent”, your answer to the analytics banner. They exist only so the site behaves sensibly on a repeat visit. They stay on your device, they are never transmitted to us, and we cannot read them. Clearing site data in your browser deletes them.

The assessment and the calculator

The AIDA assessment and the value calculator run entirely in the page. Your eighteen answers and every calculator input stay in your browser. The only thing reported to analytics is that the tool was used, your overall score and band for the assessment, and the headcount setting for the calculator. Neither asks for an email address, and neither needs one.

How long we keep things

Inquiry email stays in our mailbox for as long as the relationship or a legal or tax obligation requires, and is deleted on request. Server logs roll over on our host’s schedule. Local storage lives on your device until you clear it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Write to cory.maffeo@agentiveintegrations.com and you will get an answer in writing. We do not require an account to exercise any of this.

Security

TLS in transit, access controls, and periodic review. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and a web form is the wrong channel for anything sensitive. Do not send classified, controlled, privileged, or protected health information through it. Raise it on the call instead.

Children

This site and these services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described in the section they affect rather than buried in a version note.
