What we will, and will not, do.

I started this practice because I kept watching organizations buy the fashionable scarcity (more models, more licenses, more decks) while the unfashionable ones compounded: no owner, no data that would survive an audit, no one who would change how Thursday looks.

I am an active-duty U.S. Air Force officer. I consult off-duty. That is a constraint I take seriously, and it is written on the independence page. It is also why I will not sell you theater. I have seen what happens when a system is wrong in a room that cannot afford it.

Agentive does not sell software. We do not take kickbacks. The artifacts of an engagement (the score, the roadmap, the risk register) remain yours if you never hire us again. If we are not the right firm, I will say so on the first call and point you somewhere honest.

The work is a scored baseline, a sequence a CFO can defend, and staying long enough for the number to show up. Fractional CAIO exists because some boards need a named owner, not another steering committee. The Academy exists because literacy is usually the hidden bottleneck, and a two-day workshop for managers will outperform another license.

We are small on purpose. Three CAIO seats. Audits that start within two weeks of a signed SOW. I am in the work. You will not be handed to a bench.

If that is the standard you want held, book the call. If you need a platform, a logo wall, or a partner who will not tell you no, there is no shortage of those. This is not one of them.
