These terms govern use of the Agentive Integrations website and related materials. Professional services are provided under a separate statement of work, NDA, or Academy enrollment agreement, which controls in the event of conflict.

The site

Content is for general information. It is not legal, procurement, or investment advice, and it is not an offer to perform classified or controlled work. Case studies may be anonymized or composited; they are illustrative, not guarantees of similar results.

Assessments

The public AIDA assessment is directional. It is not a substitute for a contracted audit. Scores are generated from your answers and stored, if at all, on your device.

Intellectual property

The AIDA Framework, ACAS materials, site copy, and marks are property of Agentive Integrations LLC or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Agentive Integrations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Governing law: the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
