Mission · Government & Defense
AI that survives counsel, the CIO, and the statute.
Federal, state, and DoD missions. We work to NIST AI RMF, FedRAMP/FISMA posture, Section 508, and current OMB AI policy — because the founder has served the mission, not studied it.

The constraint
A commercial copilot will be blocked, correctly, if there is no data-classification story, no model-risk owner, and no 508 plan. Theater is cheap. Authority to operate is not.
How AIDA is applied
Governance and change are first-class dimensions here, not an appendix. Retrieval before generation. A written will / will not list before any tool is chosen.
What we will not do
We will not recommend a vendor who cannot answer FedRAMP questions. We will not put a generative system on records it is not cleared to see.

Where to start
The first move.
Most missions start with an Enterprise Audit. Some need Fractional CAIO. A few need a workshop for the acquisition team so the next buy does not repeat the last.
