Do you work with small businesses or only enterprises?
Both. The Growth Audit starts at $2,500 for smaller organizations. Advisory retainers scale from $7,500/month. We work with organizations from roughly 10 to 10,000+ people. What matters is a genuine commitment to making AI work — not headcount.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Audits: 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Advisory retainers: monthly, 3-month minimum. Fractional CAIO: 6+ months. Workshops: a single day. We will recommend the right shape on the discovery call.
How do you handle development partners?
We keep a trusted network of vetted build companies and match on the work, not on a kickback. We will tell you honestly when a shelf tool is better than custom — and the reverse. Our only obligation is to the client.
Remote or on-site?
Both. Most advisory and audit work is remote. On-site is available for Full Audits, Enterprise scopes, and Embedded Fractional CAIO (travel included). We serve clients across the United States and internationally.
What if we are not the right fit?
We will say so on the discovery call and point you toward a better resource. We would rather earn trust by being straight than sell work that will not return.
